Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of R3V Studio and related services at studio.r3vcore.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by R3VCORE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“R3VCORE,” “we,” “our”).
By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the entity you represent. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
R3V Studio is currently offered as a managed service: most clients use the Service through a tokenized onboarding link rather than a direct login. The token is the auth boundary — protect it.
2. Description of the Service
R3V Studio provides:
- Audio/video recording and transcription for podcasts and similar conversations.
- Scheduling and guest booking using your connected calendar.
- Content amplification: clipping and publishing recorded content to your connected social platforms.
- Relationship and revenue intelligence: prioritizing and engaging your network using the PROFITABLE Conversations methodology and connected data sources.
We’re an evolving service. We may add, change, or remove features. We’ll give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality you rely on.
3. Your content and data
You retain ownership of all content you bring to the Service: your recordings, transcripts, contact lists, CRM data, and any content you publish through the Service.
You grant R3VCORE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not own your content and we won’t use it for any other purpose without your consent.
When you authorize a third-party connection (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.), you authorize R3VCORE to act on your behalf on those platforms within the scopes you’ve granted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third party’s rights.
- Send spam, harass, defame, or impersonate.
- Publish content that infringes intellectual property, defames, or violates privacy.
- Bypass usage limits, attempt to access another customer’s data, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to build a substantially similar competing product.
- Misrepresent the source of content (e.g., publishing without consent of recorded participants).
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Third-party platforms
When you connect third-party platforms, you remain subject to those platforms’ own terms (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.). R3VCORE only takes actions you’ve authorized; you remain responsible for ensuring those actions comply with each platform’s terms. If a third party suspends or removes content you published through R3V Studio, we’re not responsible for that.
We connect via official, sanctioned APIs only. We do not scrape, automate web scraping, or access data outside the consented OAuth scopes.
6. Recording consent
You’re responsible for obtaining and documenting consent from anyone you record through the Service, as required by the law of the jurisdiction(s) where you and your participants are located. R3V Studio provides tools (guest invite links with disclosures, recording-in-progress indicators) to facilitate consent; using them does not substitute for your own consent practices.
7. AI features
The Service uses AI models (provided by Anthropic and similar providers) to generate transcripts, analyses, summaries, drafts, and recommendations. AI output can be imperfect, incomplete, or wrong. You’re responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or distributing it. We don’t guarantee accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
8. Fees and payment
If you’re using the Service under a paid engagement with R3VCORE, fees and payment terms are governed by your engagement letter or service agreement with us. Otherwise, current Service access may be provided at no charge during early access; we may introduce fees with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, for risk to the Service or other customers, or as required by law.
On termination, your access stops. You can request an export of your data within 30 days; after that, we may delete it consistent with the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, R3VCORE disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted or that AI-generated output will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, R3VCORE’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. R3VCORE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold R3VCORE harmless from any claim arising from (a) your content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you and R3VCORE submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Data deletion
You can have the data R3V Studio holds from your connected Meta accounts (Facebook and Instagram) deleted at any time. There are two ways to trigger deletion:
- Remove the app on Meta. Go to your Facebook or Instagram settings → Apps and Websites, and remove R3V Studio. Meta notifies us, and we revoke and delete the access tokens and connection data we stored for that account.
- Request it directly. Email legal@r3vcore.com and we’ll delete your connected-account data and confirm when it’s done.
When a deletion is triggered through Meta, we purge the OAuth connection records for your Facebook and Instagram accounts — including the stored access tokens and Page tokens. If you were given a confirmation code, keep it: quoting it lets us look up the status of your request. Deleting a connection does not, by itself, delete recordings or other content you created in R3V Studio — email us to remove those as well.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
